Description
Description
Two new doors for a vanity or a replacement door on a pantry do not call for a big jig. The Compact Concealed Hinge Jig bores the 35 mm cup with any drill you own. It is small enough to store in a drawer and to carry in a tool bag to the house where the doors hang.
Offsets of 3, 4, 5 and 6 mm cover common concealed hinges without measuring. Screw-hole guides match three hinge patterns, 45 x 9.5, 48 x 6 and 52 x 5.5 mm, and a 1/16 in bit comes with them. The cup guide runs on double bearings and the 35 mm bit is carbide tipped, so the cup comes out straight and clean.
A metal quick clamp grips the door while you drill, which frees both hands for the drill. Connect the 35 mm dust adapter to your vacuum, and the cup and the bench stay clean through each door. When the doors are hung, the jig goes back in the drawer until the next repair.

Questions
Questions about the GOINGMAKE Compact Concealed Hinge Jig
Is the GOINGMAKE compact hinge jig enough for your kitchen remodel?
It drills the same 35 mm cup, but offsets start at 3 mm and each hole is set per door. For a full kitchen, our 3-axis jig with a separate screw guide saves time. See the 35 mm cup guide.
Which screw-hole patterns does the GOINGMAKE compact hinge jig drill?
Three patterns: 45 x 9.5, 48 x 6 and 52 x 5.5 mm. A 1/16 in bit is included for those holes, and the guides sit on the same body as the cup guide.
Hinge cups are drilled and hinge mortises are routed: both go best with the work clamped and your eyes covered.
