Machined aluminum jigs for the woodworking shop

About GOINGMAKE

GOINGMAKE makes jigs and guides for the person at the bench: the one building kitchen cabinets in a garage, a bookcase for a niece, a workbench top with a grid of dog holes. Every piece in the range does one job, the same way every time.

What the GOINGMAKE range covers

Six shelves, each for a place in the shop. At the table saw: nine miter gauges from a 12 in fence to one that reaches 38 in, a thin rip jig and a dial indicator. At the track saw: two parallel guides for repeat rips across a full sheet. At the drill: portable drill guides, shelf pin jigs and a guide for dog holes.

At the cabinet bench: three concealed hinge jigs for 35 mm cups, a door hinge template for a router, a door mounting jig, a pocket hole jig and a dowel jig. For layout: T-squares, an adjustable angle square, a carpenter square and a scriber. And for the bench itself: corner clamps, a bench dog clamp and a honing guide.

Who it is for

People who build in a home shop or a small workshop and repeat the same cut, hole or line many times over. If you have ever moved a fence by eye for the fifth strip, or measured a hinge cup on the twentieth door, the jig is the part of the job you stop thinking about.

Most of the range rides in or on something you already own: the 3/8 x 3/4 in miter slot of a table saw, the guide rail of a track saw, a cordless drill with a 3/8 or 1/2 in chuck, a bench with 3/4 in or 20 mm dog holes.

What we hold every jig to

Aluminum bodies, scales laser-engraved in inches and millimeters, and stops that lock where you set them: positive angle stops on the gauges, depth stops on the drill guides, an offset setting on the hinge jigs. Where a jig makes chips, a dust port takes a shop vacuum hose.

Before you buy, you can check every jig in figures: the fence length, the slot it rides in, the angle stops, the hole sizes and what comes in the box. The GOINGMAKE standard is a setting you trust on the hundredth part as much as on the first.

5 years at the bench

GOINGMAKE has made jigs and guides for woodworkers since 2021. Shop through any shelf, or start with the miter gauge finder if a new gauge is the first thing on your list.

Every shelf of the GOINGMAKE catalog: miter gauges, saw jigs and guides, drill guides, cabinet and joinery jigs, squares and marking, clamps and sharpening.

Questions

Questions about GOINGMAKE

What does GOINGMAKE make?

Aluminum jigs and guides for the woodworking shop: table saw miter gauges, a thin rip jig, track saw parallel guides, a table saw dial indicator, portable drill guides, shelf pin and dog hole jigs, concealed hinge jigs, a door hinge template, pocket hole and dowel jigs, T-squares, clamps and a honing guide.

How long has GOINGMAKE been around?

Since 2021. Today the range covers the table saw, the track saw, the drill and the cabinet bench, from a 12 in miter gauge to a honing guide.

Is GOINGMAKE the same as the brand on the wall-mount holders you may see?

No. Some other brands offer wall holders and spare bits that say they fit GOINGMAKE jigs. They are not part of our range, and this site lists only GOINGMAKE jigs and the replacement hinge bits we make for our own hinge jigs.

Where do the figures you read on GOINGMAKE pages come from?

Fence lengths, angle stops, slot sizes, hole sizes and what comes in the box come from our own product descriptions. Prices come from our last update. The editorial policy says more.

Can you buy directly from GOINGMAKE on this site?

No checkout runs here. A buy button opens the jig at our retail partner, which takes the order, ships it and handles returns.

Three public sources stand behind our setup notes: how to keep hands clear at the table saw, how to hold work under a drill, and what wood dust does in a closed shop.
